DNA Metabolism of Mental Health Medications via a saliva swab. If you are on a medication for - depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia; find out if your medication is appropriate for you. Usually covered by most insurance companies. $25 charge for test collection in addition for visit charge for follow up to review and discuss results of test. Out of pocket cost $330.

Annual Physical Exams, School Exams, Sports Physicals
An in office exam. Whether you are due for your annual physical exam, a sports physical, or needing your school physical (elementary through college) we are here to help. Vaccines: reviewed, discussed, administered for pediatric patients whose parents permit.
This type of evaluation, form(s) completion, possible lab orders is a 30 minute appointment on average.
Medication Management, Lab orders & Referrals
At times, medication is warranted. We follow FDA guidelines with electronic prescribing of medications, access to PDMP for controlled substances, and formulary covered check via our medical record.
Part of every good evaluation is often the addition of blood work "labs". Currently, we have an account with Lab Corp and Quest Diagnostics.
Referrals for: Specialists, Imaging, Equipment, etc are all created electronically via our medical record. Our medical record is integrated with a HIPAA compliant eFax option which helps reduce unneeded paper utilization.
Management & Education of Chronic Health Condition & Prevention
Health Prevention - That's what we are about! Promoting good healthy routines and life balance will help with a quality of life and lower risk of chronic health conditions. Sometimes, there are other factors that contribute to chronic health conditions. For those individuals, we are here to help with management of disease, reduction of risk factors, regaining balance in your health and life.
Routine Follow up appointments range from 15 - 45 minutes on average.
Acute/Sick Care Visits
We provide in office, telemedicine and home visits/call to those suffering an acute health ailment. Anything from: rapid - flu/strep/UTI testing, glucose check, blood pressure check, to abdominal pain, anxiety/depression, skin evaluation/abscess, or any other acute illness.
These appointments range from 10 - 30 minutes on average.
Mental Health
Mental health & wellness.
We can manage many aspects of your mental health as it is part of you. Depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, OCD, grief and loss, panic attacks, anxiety attacks, and acute stress reaction. We work to create healthy coping strategies, possible medication management, breathing exercises, or referring to a therapist or Psychiatrist that would fit well with you and your needs.
Appointments usually range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes on average.
Weight Management
With a direct correlation to other health risks, our weight is an important health concern. We have all different sizes, shapes, and portions of bodies. Our weight is a number on the scale. Education about what we, for our body shape/size should be is important. Family history is also taken at this type of appointment. Labs may be ordered for a better understanding of potential causes. A detailed patient provider treatment plan will be created with follow up noted.
Appointments can range from 30 - 60 minutes on average.
